DONATION REQUESTS
We understand you are trying to save abused, abandoned, neglected, injured & malnourished humans & critters.  We understand that you want & need to have money & gifts for raffles, auctions, BBQ's, breed & education awareness, supplies, shelter & veterinary fees.  We understand that all of your members are volunteers who donate countless hours for their cause.  We ask you to please understand that we simply cannot accommodate the daily requests for donations from each and every nonprofit & profit organization.  If your organization is looking to raise funds, consider one of our fund raisers.  Take a few moments.  Look around our site.  The navigation buttons are on the left side of the browser window.


U.S. customers may purchase picture frames, crate tags, stall plates and ornaments via our automated shopping cart.

For all other orders, including Canadian customers, please email us your order request. Include your shipping address so we may calculate shipping fees. When the images and/or data are received, we will respond shortly to you via e-mail to state your expected delivery date, purchase price & shipping charges.

If you do not receive a response after 12 hours, check your spam filter or feel free to contact us again to ensure that we received your e-mail!


Gift Certificates - We offer gift certificates! If you are donating to a Club or Trial, be sure to let us know the name of the event so we can include that with your name on the gift certificate.

Payment Options - Personal Check, Money Order or PayPal/Credit Card

Returned or Dishonored checks - We charge a $20 handling fee for any check returned by your bank for any reason.

Credit Cards - To keep costs low, we only process credit cards via PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal or create one in order to pay via your credit card. We understand many of you have concerns with using PayPal. You may contact us prior to purchase and we will coordinate your payment with PayPal and confirm that payment was received.

Shipping - We try to charge you what we are charged for shipping! (Wouldn't it be nice if everyone did that?) We have found USPS Flat Rate shipping to be MUCH more economical and faster then UPS or FedEx. Unless you are outside of the U.S., we will ship USPS.

Taxes - WA State Residents - 8.5% Sales Tax on items purchased, including shipping expenses. Any items shipped out of WA State are not charged Sales Tax.

Privacy Policy - No If's, And's or But's. We respect your privacy.

Returns Policy - Personalized items may not be returned. Items damaged in shipment require proof - i.e. photo - and an identical replacement will be sent.

Photo/Graphics Engraving - Due to the highly custom nature of photo engraving, we ask you to view our FAQ page before sending photos. When sending photos, please include detailed information on what you would like engraved. Once the type of order is confirmed, we will contact you via email or phone to verify your photo can be engraved to our standards.
